Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• AS in machining/CNC preferred.
• 5+ years experience operating CNC machines (metal machining preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Mazak mills, Mikino sinkers, wire, or Okuma/Hwacheon) per drawings and work instructions.
• Program and adjust machine settings (speed, feed, tool changes) for optimal performance.
• Read and write G-code; edit tooling and speed/feeds as needed; debug machine issues.
• Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and quality of parts.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and adherence to procedures; collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.
