Responsibilities

• Lift/move metal parts weighing 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Operate equipment such as stamping press, brake press, manual machines, spot weld machine, mills and lathes.
• Grind and finish metal parts.
• Count and pack parts.

Pay: $20 per hour + 10% night shift premium

We currently are hiring for our day shift. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on night work Monday to Thursday from 4:00pm-2:30am and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.

Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Will be required to lift and/or move metal parts repetitively weighing 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Operate equipment such as: stamping press, brake press, manual machines, spot weld machine, mills, and lathes.
• Grind and finish metal parts
• Count and pack parts

Vacation Program

Vacation Accrual (Year 1):

• After 3 months → 40 hours
• After 6 months → +40 hours (80 total)

• January 1st following your 5-year anniversary → 160 hours
