Job summary

EIMCo in Farley, IA is seeking a CNC Lathes Operator for the 3rd shift to produce precise parts on CNC machines according to specs.

You will follow Shop Traveler instructions, document daily production, and work with the lead to resolve issues, while maintaining 5S and PPE compliance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; willingness to learn is essential, overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn EIMCo processes and operate CNC lathes safely.
• Ability to read blueprints, inspect parts, and document production data.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes to produce parts per specifications and production targets.
• Collaborate with shift lead on machine and job assignments and troubleshoot issues.
• Unload, package, and document parts; record daily quantities and scrap in ERP.
• Maintain 5S in the work area and comply with PPE and safety policies.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and report abnormal conditions.
