Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience operating manual and CNC punching, cutting, forming machines or press brakes.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC machines to fabricate parts per specifications.
• Set up machines with appropriate materials for each job.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure correct fabrication.
• Perform basic maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Utilize overhead crane and other material handling equipment safely.
• Complete first-piece inspection and document results.
• Maintain fabrication records and track job order progress.
• Deburr parts and ensure readiness for further processing.
• Meet department targets and adhere to quality and safety standards.
