Job summary

Pennex Aluminum Company in Leetonia, OH is seeking a PEP Maintenance Technician for a night shift (6pm-6am) with rotating days. The role blends CNC setup, process support and industrial maintenance to safely produce quality parts.

You will troubleshoot, repair and optimize CNC equipment, read blueprints, and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and PLC systems. CMMS documentation and 3+ years CNC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred.
• Three or more years CNC setup, machining or industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T; capable of using precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC equipment with tooling, fixtures, offsets and first-piece checks.
• Read blueprints and process docs; verify dimensions with inspection tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC setup issues, tool wear, and machine alarms.
• Perform changeovers and coordinate with production, quality and engineering.
• Maintain equipment and documentation in CMMS; uphold safety standards.
