Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; free GED program available.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, welding, machining, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use technical manuals.
• Safe operation of forklifts, cranes, and aerial lift platforms.
• Basic math and computer skills; strong teamwork and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment across the facility.
• Analyze test results, error messages, and operator feedback to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, installations, and equipment support.
• Collaborate with Electrical Maintenance Technicians to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain accuracy within the parts inventory system.
• Utilize machining centers to fabricate or modify parts as needed.
• Comply with Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System procedures.
