This developmental role offers growth to Machinist II based on skill growth and reliability. Night shift earns a 10% premium and a $2,500 sign-on bonus payable after 90 days. Safe, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machining.
• Basic math skills including decimals, fractions, and measurements.
• Ability to read measuring tools accurately.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and Swiss lathes under supervision.
• Perform basic machine setups, tool changes, and offsets as trained.
• Load raw materials and monitor machines during operation.
• Produce parts according to work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Record production counts, downtime, and job-related data accurately.
• Maintain machine utilization and support production schedules.
