Job summary

ARCH Minneapolis is seeking motivated CNC Mill Machine Operators for the night shift. You will operate a milling CNC, inspect parts, document results, and maintain equipment.

Prior CNC mill experience or a Machine Tool Technology degree is preferred, with opportunities to learn and grow in a precision environment. Benefits include health coverage from day one, a 401(k) plan with company match, a $1,000 sign‑on bonus, PTO, holidays, and employer‑paid life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen, green card holder, asylee or refugee).
• Preferred: Machine Tool Technology degree or on-going studies.
• Minimum: 1 year CNC mill experience and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC Milling machine and ensure part quality per specs.
• Follow all job work order instructions and maintain records.
• Run more than one machine when cycle time permits.
• Complete shop floor documentation including dimensional and visual inspection.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report machine issues.
• Comply with safety, quality systems, and housekeeping standards.
