Sanford in Alma, NE is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to deliver resident-centered care during 12-hour night shifts in a 53-bed skilled nursing facility. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities and monitor residents' health needs.

This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, night differential pay, opportunities for advancement, education assistance, continuing education, and access to earnings daily along with a robust benefits package.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age of 16.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• Satisfactorily completes yearly department competency testing and maintains continuing education credits.
• Possible Sanford Category II Driver status with driving requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques.
• Record and monitor vital signs and report changes.
• Assist with meals, hygiene, grooming, and dining experiences.
• Provide psychosocial support and participate in wellness and recreational activities.
• Document resident interactions and communicate care-related information to the RN.
• Adhere to infection prevention, PPE usage, and safety policies.
