Sanford Health in South Dakota is hiring a Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in long-term care settings. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vitals, and supporting the nursing team under supervision of an RN.

Position offers varied shifts (days/evenings/nights/weekends), a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and a flex schedule with additional shift differentials. 36 hours weekly; nursing duties with infection control and safety protocols required.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or enrollment in CNA program.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding.
• Record and monitor vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and range of motion exercises.
• Document care provided and coordinate with nursing staff for care plans.
• Support wellness activities and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
