Job summary

Good Samaritan is hiring an RN for full-time night shifts in a not-for-profit senior care setting. You will provide individualized care, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and support residents around the clock.

The role requires an active RN license with possible night/weekend rotation and offers a robust benefits package and sign-on bonus. Prior CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required at time of hire.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff.
