Job summary

Corewell Health’s Nursing Unit - Cedar in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Night CNA to join the Cedar RNC team. You will provide direct patient care under the Unit Manager, assist residents with daily activities, and support rehab-focused care within the unit.

This role offers a caring, home-like environment with a comprehensive benefits package, 36-hour weekly schedule, and night shift responsibilities designed to meet patient needs while supporting team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of State of Michigan approved CNA Training Course.
• CRT‑Nursing Assistant - Michigan Department of Licensing & Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Community and Health Systems within 90 days
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality, direct patient care under supervision.
• Dresses, bathes, transports and feeds residents per unit guidelines.
• Documents care provided in accordance with guidelines.
• Communicates observations to the health care team.
