Job summary

Cedarview Rehabilitation and Nursing in Lebanon, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Nightshift RN to join our care team and provide high‑quality nursing services overnight. You will deliver personalized care, administer medications, perform assessments, and help ensure optimal outcomes for residents.

As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will supervise Nursing Assistants, communicate effectively with families and physicians, and contribute to a compassionate, patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio
• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications, perform assessments, wound care, and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and notify the physician of any changes
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to maintain excellent care standards
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
