Job summary

The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, Tennessee, is seeking caring CNAs for PRN night shifts to join our team and provide compassionate resident care.

As a PRN Night Shift CNA, you’ll support RNs and LPNs, assist with activities of daily living, and help maintain safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the State of Tennessee.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• New CNAs welcome – we are willing to train.
• Dependable and comfortable working overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support RNs/LPNs with individualized care.
• Maintain safety, dignity, and comfort overnight.
• Assist with toileting, repositioning, transfers.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Observe changes and report to nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe resident environment.
• Follow infection-control policies.
• Collaborate with night-shift team to ensure quality care.
