Qualifications

• Provides basic clinical skills to perform routine delegated patient care activities.
• Ability to record and report pertinent clinical data.

Responsibilities

• Assist the patient with changing/dressing.
• Transport the patient by stretcher, bed, or wheelchair.
• Identify abnormal findings that could affect outcomes.
• Report abnormal findings to nursing staff.
• Escort patients to holding rooms.
• Assist with adjusting belongings and personal items.
• Verify patient information.
• Orient patients and families to the environment.
• Obtain vital signs.
