Qualifications

• Provides basic clinical skills to safely perform routine delegated patient care activities.
• Records and reports pertinent clinical data and uses specialized patient care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with changing/dressing.
• Transport patients by stretcher, bed, or wheelchair.
• Identify abnormal findings and report to nursing staff.
• Escort patients to holding rooms.
• Verify patient information.
• Orient patients and families to the environment.
• Obtain vital signs.
