Job summary

Mass General Brigham Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant II to join the 6 North patient care team. The role supports RNs, performs clinical tasks, and helps maintain a safe, patient-centered environment.

As a Full-Time night-shift PCA II, you will provide essential bedside care, monitor patients, assist with procedures, and participate in rounds and documentation while rotating every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant or nursing student who has completed Fundamentals of Nursing or equivalent clinical rotation.
• Staff adheres to I C.A.R.E. Standards.
• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, skin care, and feeding support.
• Take vital signs, monitor glucose, and document in patient records.
• Perform basic dressing changes and assist with EKGs as directed.
• Respond to call lights and ensure patient safety and comfort.
