Qualifications

• Six months of experience as a Nursing Assistant or as a Nursing student currently enrolled in a formal program who has completed at least one clinical rotation.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care such as taking vital signs and assisting patients with daily living activities.
• Coordinate equipment, transportation, and non-clinical tasks on the unit.
• Interact with patients, families, nursing staff and other interdisciplinary personnel to ensure safe patient care.
