Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center in Sun City West, AZ seeks a part-time CNA for night shifts (6pm–6:30am). The role includes direct patient care, data collection, and clerical support in a fast-paced unit with weekend and rotating holidays. A $3,000 hire-on bonus is offered for qualified new CNAs.

Responsibilities cover ADL assistance, vital signs, documentation in the EMR, and clear communication with the care team. Requires CNA license, BLS, and 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Current CNA in state of practice is required for new hires.
• Requires 1 year of medical clerical experience or hospital/office experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and keyboard/computer literacy.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required depending on department.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living to promote patient comfort.
• Collect patient data, vital signs, I/O and document in EMR.
• Report abnormalities to licensed staff and ensure continuity of care.
• Perform procedures and use equipment under supervision as trained.
• Handle receptionist/clerical tasks to support department operations.
• Maintain patient records, chart forms, and supply levels.
• Assist with patient transport and OR room turnover as needed.
