Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA or LNA in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1 year of medical clerical or hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient hygiene.
• Collect vital signs and input/output data; document in medical records.
• Report changes in patient condition to licensed staff promptly.
• Assist with procedures, supplies, and unit turnover as directed.
• Support receptionist/clerical tasks and maintain orderly charting.
