You will provide direct care under RN supervision, perform essential clinical tasks, document care, and help maintain patient comfort and safety in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifikationen

• Current Oregon CNA certification.
• BLS certification at hire.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Organized and adaptable in healthcare environment.
• Basic computer and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and personal care.
• Help patients eat, drink, walk, reposition and transfer safely.
• Take and document vital signs and intake/output.
• Observe changes and report to the care team.
• Support treatments within CNA scope of practice.
• Keep rooms stocked and ready to support quality care.
• Document patient care in the medical record.
• Answer call lights with compassion and urgency.
• Provide clerical support as needed.
