The ideal candidate will hold an Oregon CNA certification, be eligible for BLS at hire, and have healthcare clerical experience. Join a fast-paced perioperative team in a dedicated hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Oregon CNA certification required.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• Previous unit secretary, ward clerk, or related clerical healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care within the CNA scope of practice.
• Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the care team.
• Advocate for patients and families while maintaining confidentiality.
• Coordinate communication between caregivers, departments, and support services.
• Perform unit clerical duties and documentation support.
• Maintain unit supplies and ensure equipment readiness.
• Assist with scheduling for surgery patients and caregivers.
• Follow infection prevention and safety standards; contribute to patient experience.
