UMass Memorial Health in Milford, MA is seeking a Nursing Assistant for 36-hour night shifts on the Med/Surg/PCU unit. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care under supervision, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and help ensure patient safety and comfort.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR certification is required; CPR/BLS within 30 days if not currently certified.

Mansioni

• Provide constant observation for patients at risk for injury.
• Obtain and report vital signs, pulse oximetry, and non-invasive blood pressure.
• Perform safe patient transportation and report changes in condition or behavior.
• Document intake, output, height, weight, and vital signs in the EMR.
• Follow infection control guidelines and maintain a clean, safe environment.
