Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. The role supports daily living activities and helps maintain a safe, clean environment on the unit.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current CPR certification; CPR/BLS within 30 days if not currently certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant observation for patients at risk for injury.
• Report vital signs and changes in condition to RN/LPN.
• Assist with activities of daily living and safe patient transport.
• Record measurements and care activities in the EMR.
