Job summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification required; BLS CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs.
• Perform glucometry, EKGs, weights, and I&O data collection as directed.
• Transport patients and restock/obtain patient care supplies; respond to patient needs.
