Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assisting with hygiene, nutrition, comfort, transfers, and vital signs, while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The role requires CNA preferred or registered Nurse Assistant within 3 months, BLS within 3 months, night shifts 11:00pm-7:30am, 24 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday, with a straight night premium and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• CNA preferred; if no CNA, must be registered as Nurse Assistant within three months of date of employment.
• BLS certification required within 3 months after hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal hygiene care and assist with nutritional needs.
• Provide comfort care and help safely transfer patients.
• Take vital signs and complete recordkeeping.
• Recognize and promptly report changes in patient condition to the RN, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Work within the scope of practice to meet regulatory requirements.
