Job summary

Partners In Care in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join Hospice House. You will provide personal care per the care plan, ensuring patient comfort and privacy, and work with the care manager to keep plans accurate.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, feeding, and daily living tasks, supporting families, and helping maintain a safe, clean environment during 6:30 PM–6:30 AM shifts. A CNA license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA License.
• Ability to pass a background test, drug screen, and TB test.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• 1–2 years of recent medical care experience; home health or hospice preferred.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and reliable transportation; automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per care plan to ensure patient comfort and privacy.
• Assess patients before and after treatment and update care plan with team.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and positioning; guide families/caregivers.
• Prepare and serve meals, assist feeding, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
