Bristol Hospice in Bend, OR is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. Under RN supervision, you will provide personal care, support daily living activities, and help maintain comfort for patients within a family-centered hospice approach.

The role requires a current CNA, CPR, and a willingness to work in a hospice setting with compassionate, respectful care. Full-time schedule supports a stable, structured work-life balance in Central Oregon.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• CPR certification required and valid driver's license preferred.
• Hospice or community health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and comfort per the plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care and communicate changes to the Case Manager.
• Maintain patient environment and protect privacy.
