Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Aide / CNA to support patients with daily living activities and personal care in accordance with each patient’s plan of care. Under RN supervision, you will assist with personal care, vital signs, and light administrative tasks in the Forest Grove/Hillsboro area.

The position requires a current CNA certificate and CPR certification. Hours include Sunday through Thursday, with a schedule that may include travel to patient homes within the territory and

Qualifications

• Current CNA certificate required.
• CPR certification at hire or within 6 months.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to patients with hospice philosophy, maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Perform tasks such as bed baths, oral care, skin care, and positioning.
• Assist with routine Foley catheter care and vital signs.
• Attend interdisciplinary group meetings and participate in care planning.
