Partners In Care in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join Hospice House. You will provide personal care per the care plan, ensuring patient comfort and privacy, and work with the care manager to keep plans accurate.
Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, feeding, and daily living tasks, supporting families, and helping maintain a safe, clean environment during 6:30 PM–6:30 AM shifts. A CNA license and reliable transportation are required.

3-12-hour shifts per week, weekends, and weekdays. Full-time (36 hrs/week).
6:30 PM-6:30 AM.
As a CNA at Hospice House, you'll provide personal care according to the care plan, ensuring patient comfort and privacy. You'll assess patients before and after treatment and work closely with a care manager or nurse to keep the care plan updated and accurate. You'll assist with personal care, mobility, and positioning, and guide family members or caregivers. Additionally, you'll prepare and serve meals, help with feeding, and perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and their families.
