Job summary

Tidewell Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a caring CNA for PRN night shifts (8:00 PM–8:30 AM) in Port Charlotte, FL, with coverage across Arcadia, Venice, and Village on the Isle Hospice Houses. Candidates must commit to 64 hours per month and have a Florida CNA license.

The role supports compassionate care for patients and families, with a mission-driven team and opportunities for growth within Empath Health.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license (Certified Nursing Assistant) is required.
• Driver's license is required if using personal vehicle for other facilities.
• 1–3 years of training/experience required; LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living per the Hospice Aide Plan of Care.
• Document and report any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
