Job summary

Silver Foxes Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our healthcare team. We offer competitive night shift wages and a supportive, team-oriented environment that emphasizes resident-centered care and safety.

Responsibilities include daily living activities assistance, vital sign monitoring, documentation, and collaboration with nurses. Illinois CNA certification and active registry status are required. Weekend and holiday shifts may be scheduled.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CNA certification is required and status must be active on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Provide personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Assist with transferring, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff; document vitals and intake/output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition.
