Fairfield Senior Living and Rehabilitation in Fairfield, IL seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team on full‑time day or night shifts. The role offers hourly pay in the mid‑$20s with shift differentials and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k).

You’ll assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and report resident changes to nurses, while upholding dignity, privacy and safety in a supportive, resident‑centered

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility).
• Provide compassionate support and companionship.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

• Maintain a clean, respectful, welcoming environment.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.50 Hourly

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Available Shifts

• Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full-Time Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation

$18.00–$24.50 per hour based on experience

• Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour
• Annual performance evaluation with the opportunity for a wage increase based on performance

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you’ll work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity, comfort, independence, and safety.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and mobility
• Provide compassionate support and companionship
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, safety, and comfort
• Help create a clean, welcoming, and respectful environment

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work scheduled weekends and holidays
