Job summary

Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN is hiring CNAs to provide resident centered care in a facility setting. You will assist with bathing, dressing, transferring, vital signs, and daily activities, while documenting care and medications accurately.

A night-shift, 12-hour schedule is available with full-time hours and a $10,000 bonus eligibility. The role requires Minnesota CNA certification, strong communication, and a desire to work in sub-acute and long term care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to acquire a basic knowledge of resident care principles, medical terminology and equipment within the assigned service area.
• Food service experience preferred, but not required.
• In Minnesota a Certified Nursing Assistant must be certified and registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, vital signs, psychosocial support and other personal cares.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and walking using proper techniques and equipment; document outcomes.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and supplements; ensure a positive dining experience.
