Job summary

GOLDENYEARS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant for a 7 PM - 7 AM shift. The role provides routine nursing care per residents' plans and requires strong attention to patient needs, accurate documentation, and adherence to privacy policies.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, preparing rooms, and reporting changes to supervisors. CPR is preferred; a 10th grade education and CNA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristband/photo before treatments or meals.
• Record entries using approved abbreviations and maintain charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and notes with clear descriptions.
• Ensure resident room is ready for reception and admission kits are available.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Perform duties within trained scope and follow policies.
