Job summary

Trinity Health Senior Living Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift to provide routine daily nursing care for residents, following each resident's plan of care. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and documentation in a supportive, privacy-respecting environment.

With a focus on mission and compassionate care, this role requires current CNA certification and prior experience in healthcare, preferably long-term or geriatric settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, unencumbered Nursing Assistant certification to practice in the state.
• Experience in healthcare preferred, especially long-term care or geriatric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Assist residents with daily living activities (dental care, feeding, bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, lifts and ROM exercises as directed.
• Document care accurately in Care Tracker and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of resident information.
