Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking a Night Shift Nursing Assistant for 7p-7a to provide direct resident care in accordance with care plans and resident preferences. You will respond to call lights, assist with activities of daily living, and help with mobility, bathing, dressing, and feeding while ensuring safety and comfort.

You will receive and document vital signs, monitor changes in residents' conditions, and participate in nursing reports.

Qualifications

• State-approved nursing assistant training and competency evaluation required.
• Good standing in the state CNA registry.
• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs.
• Care for residents with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Explain procedures and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with bowel/bladder care and mobility.
• Prepare residents for appointments and transport as needed.
• Maintain safety with transfers and positioning.
