Responsibilities

• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge as directed.
• Prepare rooms for admission and set up IV pots; adjust bed height.
• Safely transport stable patients between units or to home when needed.
• Maintain patient belongings and ensure security/confidentiality during transport.
• Replenish patient rooms with water, linens, and towels; assist with supplies.
• Respond to emergencies and communicate changes in patient condition to the nurse.
• Support licensed personnel to provide safe, compassionate care; follow flowsheets and checklists.
