Talented Medical Solutions seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Santa Fe, NM. This is a full-time, 8-week contract with an option to extend, featuring a 36-hour work week and a night shift.

Applicants must hold a current CNA certification (NM) and bring strong interpersonal skills to support residents and collaborate with the healthcare team in a long-term care setting. This role emphasizes compassionate care and reliability.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Vermont (required)
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred, but new CNAs are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Dependable and compassionate with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide support with feeding and meal service
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other observations as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
