Job summary

Work schedule is 7AM–7PM, full-time, with responsibilities spanning direct care and unit operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Patient care experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• CNA license required in state of employment.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Completes pertinent documents.
• Prepares rooms for admission by setting up IV pots and adjusting bed.
• Responds to phone calls and patient call lights.
• Transports stable patients as required.
• Keeps unit supplies organized and stocked.
• Responds to emergencies and communicates with team members.
