Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Assisted Living facility in Blue Island, IL. The shift is 10:00PM-6:00AM, Part-Time with an hourly pay rate of $19.00.

You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and assist with care plans under supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring resident safety, dignity, and independence, reporting changes to the RN/LPN, and providing emotional and social support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in clinical/nursing or related training
• CNA licensure as per state requirements

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services, and daily living activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care to residents.
• Contribute to resident assessment and care plan.
• Follow the supervisor's schedule and resident needs.
