Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and turning of residents.
• Provide skin care and support plan of care development.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues and support resident independence.
