Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Skilled Nursing unit, night shift 10p-6a, part-time or PRN at Lincolnwood Place. Responsibilities include vital signs, ADL assistance, safety, and contributing to care plans.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CNA licensure per state rules, and 1+ year clinical experience with strong communication skills. Benefits proceed with health, dental, vision, and paid time off, plus DailyPay option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• CNA licensure as required by state regulations.
• 1+ year clinical/nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report them to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care.
• Contribute to the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Follow the schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Promote and protect resident rights and dignity; report abuse or neglect.
