Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association within 1 month of hire.
• Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed in Wisconsin and listed in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living to support patient independence.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing leadership.
• Assist with physician-ordered treatments under RN supervision.
• Maintain organized, calm patient spaces to promote healing and reduce stress.
