Ascension is seeking a Night Shift RN at Ascension St. Francis Hospital in Milwaukee, WI.

You’ll perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans, and participate in treatment team conferences to tailor goals and interventions for patients in Behavioral Health. Responsibilities include leading group sessions, evaluating responses, and coordinating with the care team to adjust plans as patient status changes.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; AHA or Red Cross accepted.
• RN license obtained prior to hire date.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing bio- psychosocial assessments and develop a care plan aligned with the master treatment plan.
• Participate in treatment team conferences to plan and revise goals, objectives, and interventions.
• Implement nursing plan and co-lead group therapy sessions for patients.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans; collaborate with team as patient status changes.
