Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring CNAs for full‑time or part‑time night shifts in Pompton Plains, NJ. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new CNAs and a $1,500 referral bonus for internal referrals that lead to hires.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents' personal care plans with a focus on routines and comfort.

Any new C.N.A that works full time nights will receive a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus.

***Any internal employee that refers someone for the Part Time Night Shift or Full Time Night Shift and is successfully hired will receive a $1,500 employee referral bonus!

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
