Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking CNAs for full-time and part-time night shifts in Pompton Plains, NJ. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new C.N.A hires, plus a $1,500 employee referral bonus for internal referrals that lead to hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.

Responsibilities

• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs promptly.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need
