Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking CNAs for full- and part-time night shifts in Pompton Plains, NJ. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living, personal care plans, and meaningful activities under the guidance of the clinical team.

A sign-on bonus applies for new full-time night staff and internal referrals reward returning employees. We offer competitive hourly pay ($21–$25) plus shift differential, comprehensive benefits, PTO, a 401k plan with a 3% match,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state you work in is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with daily care and personal routines.
• Implement residents' personal care plans with empathy and respect.
• Support residents with activities and programs alongside the clinical team.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs timely.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
