Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking CNAs for full-time and part-time night shifts in Pompton Plains, New Jersey. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new CNAs, with a $1,500 referral bonus for internal employees who refer someone hired for night shifts.

Compensation ranges from $21–$25 per hour, plus shift differential, with benefits including health, PTO, 401k match, onsite medical centers, dining discounts, and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs.
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.
