Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in New Jersey is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time night shifts. You will support residents with daily living activities and work with our clinical team to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time CNAs, plus a $1,500 referral bonus for internal employees referring for night shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, onsite clinics, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state where you work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' care plans with dignity and respect.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and safe living environment.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
